ATC 2017 IEEE workshops

July 1, 2017

SmartWorld 2017 Conference on Advanced and Trusted Computing hosts two important IEEE workshops on August 4, 2017:

Trusted Computing in Distributed and Hybrid systems ( CyberTrust ) 2017

Driver and Driverless Cars: Competition or Coexistence ( DDC ) 2017

The Trusted Computing in Distributed and Hybrid Systems ( CyberTrust ) 2017 workshop will present a total of 5 papers on the following topics allowing extensive Q&A and demonstrations. CyberTrust papers will be presented in the morning session. Driver and Driverless Cars (DDC) 2017 will present a total of three papers in the afternoon session.

These workshops will be held at Double Tree Hotel, EAST BAY of Silicon Valley, Fremont, California, USA. For more details, please use the following link:   http://smart-city-conference.com/conference/venue.html

Workshop Title: Trusted Computing in Distributed and Hybrid systems

Summary: The two fundamental components of Trusted Computing, the asymmetric PKI framework and RSA IFC cryptography, are operating beyond their limitations and are no longer sufficient. "In August, 2015, NSA announced that it planned to transition in the not distant future to a new cipher suite that is resistant to quantum attacks." We will examine the different components of Cyber Trust, Trusted Computing, & Trust Frameworks and investigate advanced approaches to security, identity and data provenance in distributed and hybrid systems.

Committee Chair, André Brisson (Whitenoise Laboratories Canada Inc.) at abrisson@wnlabs.com with the subject CYBERTRUST.
