André Brisson MBA, Honors BA Psychology - FOUNDER - Director Business Development and Standards
Mr. Brisson was listed by the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy as being in the Top 100 Cyber Security Experts and was invited to sit on the core provenance group of the US First National Cyber Leap Year Summit. He conceived Whitenoise and founded Whitenoise Laboratories Canada Inc. (WNL) to exploit revolutionary security technology. Mr. Brisson has degrees from Carleton University , Ottawa , Ontario , Canada (CU), and City University School of Law and Business, San Diego , California (CUSD). He has also attended various specialized courses and programs at University of California , Irvine (UCI), California State University Long Beach (CSULB), California State University of Fullerton, (CSUF), Ottawa University , Ottawa , Ontario (OU) and the University of British Columbia , Canada (UBC).
He sits on the CST Advisory Board for the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) and has mentored practicum students in computer sciences at BCIT and the University of Victoria, BC, Canada (UVIC) where research and study has been conducted in conjunction with the National Research Council of Canada (NRC). He is privledged with dual citizenship of the United States of America and Canada .
Mr. Brisson is currently involved, or has been involved, in international and national standards organizations including: The European Technology Standards Institute; IETF; Canadian Advisory Council CAC/JTC1/SC27; Canadian National Organization for the International Telecommunications Union/Industry Canada; Standards Council of Canada - International Standards Advisory Council of Canada; Information Technology Association of Canada Cyber Security Committee; Information Technology Association of Canada National Identity Management Committee; Information Technology Association of Canada Radio Frequency Committee; Computer Systems Training Advisory Committee at the British Columbia Institute of Technology; Information Technology Association of Canada Cryptography Committee; Information Technology Association of Canada Cyber Security Forum, Electronic Commerce Protection (Anti-Spam); Information Technology Association of Canada Cyber Security Forum, Privacy Subcommittee.
